1. Who can use Drink 'O' Rank
You must be 18 years or older (or the legal drinking age where you live, if higher) to use this app. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Play responsibly
Drink 'O' Rank is a light-hearted game. It is notan encouragement to drink excessively or unsafely. Never drink and drive. Know your limits, look after your mates, and stop when you've had enough. Points and ranks have no real-world value and are just for fun.
3. Your account
You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you log. Don't cheat, spoof scans, or manipulate the leaderboards — we may void points, suspend, or remove accounts that do.
4. Content you submit
Drinks you log, photos you upload, squads and handles you create are your responsibility. Don't upload anything illegal, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
6. No warranty / liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of it, including anything related to alcohol consumption.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
